Video: Building an Arduino-based Reverse Geocache™

Our friends over at http://tinkernut.com have put together a nice little video on how to make an Arduino-based Reverse Geocache™ using our shield kit. The site manager, “gigafide” is an amazingly prolific fellow whose goal is to put out a 5-6 minute tinkering/hacking video every weekend. Wow.

In some private correspondence, he confides that he used a Reverse Geocache–the one in the video?–to propose to his wife! Accordingly, I am bumping the side-bar engagement counter up to 15!

I’m not sure where his wife eventually found her engagement ring, but I did notice that the sample geo coordinates gigafide used for the video correspond to Machu Picchu in Peru. I’d love to hear the story of that engagement!
